Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.4 I went to one of their parties over the weekend and I am really disappointed. Their parties always die out within an hour and they cant seem to keep the vibe going. Whoever is on DJ sucks. I don't see how they are ranked so high.

Although a upper middle frat they throw socials comparable to lower mid houses
