Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.0 went to a few of there parties and they never have heads. they guys there are kinda creepy and don’t take social cues when u don’t wanna dance with them. they have fun themes tho and decent music

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.9 Im at Phi Who every week and love them. Drink got spiked once but I was fine. Super fun group of guys and their parties are always so packed.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.4 I went to one of their parties over the weekend and I am really disappointed. Their parties always die out within an hour and they cant seem to keep the vibe going. Whoever is on DJ sucks. I don't see how they are ranked so high.
