The guys are okay but not attractive at all, most are creepy. Overall, I think this fraternity is below average.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.6 Cool parties, brothers actually major in relevant and impressive majors . . . not personal training. Very respectful, and will take care of a problem if there is one. May not be top tier, but then again it's how much fun you have, not how much money you have.
