Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.9 This frat has definitely turned itself around over the past year. They let go of some brothers who did not always make the best decisions. Caring group. They have some pretty crazy parties but very protective of their guests and make sure the girls are treated appropriately. When picking pledges they have a pretty lengthy character interview to make sure they are letting good people in.
