Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.5 ive been to pretty much every frat.. me and my friends had best time at phi sig.. best basement by far, when they throw their parties you dont get that feeling that everyone is on top of you, pretty spaced out. Party's were awesome, guys i met were really nice other than this one jerk who kept trying to hook up with me. but overall its a real good time. Toga =)
