Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.4 Great group of guys. Super friendly and fun to be around. Surprisingly fun socials considering they just got their house back. Give it a year or so and they'll be back towards the top.
