Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.8 Genuine people who also happen to be cool without being tools. This is the best place at Penn State to have a good time without having to deal with your typical "frat guy" while being at a fraternity. Great parties, nice/fun guys who happen to be cool and very attractive, overall. This is clearly one of, if not the, places to be if you want frat fun.

Genuine people who also happen to be cool without being tools. Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.5 every house has THAT creepy brother, but this house is definitely full of hot, fun guys that are great to party with. this is one of our favorite houses, and they're definitely getting pretty relevant.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.8 We partied there it was soooooo much fun, we cant wait till there next party. Next time we come back we will bring more of our friends. Cant wait till next time :)
