Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Had a great time here first full weekend here. Definitely coming back with all my girlfriends, they know how to party. Not only that, they're all good looking gentlemen. Definitely the place to check out. The line for parties is worth the wait!!
