The Lambda Chis have really taken a major drop in their quality. They are disorganized and apparently don't even like each other in many cases.

after THON I have a whole new application for this frat. They are also paired with Alpha Xi who is CLIMBING. I wouldn't be surprised if they take over top tiers together in the next few years.

This frat is worse than PHI PSI now. Have completely fallen apart. RIP Lambda, new pc is decent but the rest of the house is dead.

By far the best frat on campus, with the best reputation. They party with TKE and DU which is a great. This frat only get better every single year.

definition of a mid fraternity, nothing really special about them. cool house, decent parties, decent brotherhood, okay sorority connections. these guys just don’t have an X factor like every top house needs.
