Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Honestly, I have no idea why they aren't top tier. Although they may be on campus, keep in mind that they have thrown more parties than anyone else this year (FIJI Wednesdays) and if you're saying you've never had fun there you're lying. After the social ban is over, expect to see them battling with Acacia to bust through into tier 1. LAW

Honestly, I have no idea why they aren't top tier. They play good music and serve good drinks. biggest downfall is their small brotherhood. when ever my sorority comes over we always out number them by a lot but the guys that are involved are pretty hot and really fun.
