Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.8 Throw some of the best parties I've ever been to! The last two pledge classes brought in are awesome, especially the class of Spring 2012! They just got off probation and are raging hard!!
