Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 Got a couple of noodles but Fall 13' is a game changer, Lot of hot guys and very social and fun, definitely top tier in a year or 2. Once they filter out the noodles they're gonna be on top
