Nice house but all they ever do is throw basement parties (my boys know some of their brothers and they can only throw once a year on their first floor)

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.7 Been here a few times and I think that they’re actually all very nice. They’re always super helpful w drunk girls and it seems like they actually really care about everyone’s safety. They’re always down to talk to new people and are super down to earth. Always trying to make their guests feel comfortable by showing them around, taking song requests, introducing them to other brothers, and even helping with things like charging phones. Idk their reputation really but will definitely be going back again
