Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.2 Good looking guys and nice house. But very much a freshman frat. Freshman guys can get in with a 10 to 1 ratio so they all pull random girls off the street to get in. Most end up leaving to go somewhere better but it’s still pretty fun.

Nice house but all they ever do is throw basement parties (my boys know some of their brothers and they can only throw once a year on their first floor)
