Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.8 they've improved a lot over the last few years, which is worth saying something. the younger guys in general are kinda more arrogant and a little meaner than the older guys, but theyre hotter and more social. unfortunately I guess thats bound to happen if you improve in the rankings
