Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.9 I went to a party before spring break and had a great time with these guys. They put together a lit party and I was surprised that people think they suck. They belong in upper middle tier.

Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.9 Yeah, went there last weekend and got harassed by a creepy looking kid with braces. I'd assume that's what happens when your pledge class is composed of kids who didn't get bids anywhere else though. They are truly bottom tier.

They're extremely unfriendly and arrogant. NO WAY they're top tier. Literally no one on campus thinks they are.
