Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 Look when I was at PSU DChi was top of the food chain and everyone knew it. I graduated some years ago, but I couldn't see DChi being anything less than somewhere in the top. I always wish I joined DChi instead of my useless "fraternity" at psu.
