Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 The Delta Chis are extremely friendly and are good looking as well. The most important thing is however, you can be with the D Chis, have a date with one, and actually have fun! No worries about if you will get home alright.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Penn State has a lot of good fraternities. I really like the Acacias, and the Sig Chis, while very stuck up, have a lot going for them. However, the D Chis are the best all-around frat.
