Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 I liked some of the guys but most of them are full of themselves and are just hard to talk too. Mid tier frat at best hopefully the new PC is better the fall one is beyond terrible
