Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Chi Phi is definitely on its way to a fantastic future at Penn State. They definitely seem to have the best house out of all greek life. Also, it seems after just one semester, they have a better brotherhood than most fraternities who have been together for years. Can't wait to see what this powerhouse is going to do.
