Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 House is probably top 3 on campus and they have the cutest puppy, always clean and have never had any issues with the brothers being disrespectful or creepy. Definitely a fraternity on the comeup and cant wait till they can have open parties
