Alpha Phi Alpha - ΑΦΑ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 A lot of engineers, pretty smart guys. A lot of the young guys have a lot to learn to mature but the majority of the group is very social and friendly. Good fraternity that came from almost nothing 3 years ago and I hope they do well in the coming years.

Alpha Phi Alpha - ΑΦΑ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 As of now... this Chapter has a brother (who's a new member) serving as the NPHC President, three other neos serving on the NPHC Executive Board, the reigning Penn State Homecoming King is a brother, the Chapter was invited by the THON Executive Director to perform at THON (the largest run student philanthropy in the world), and is the recipient of the President's Cup of Excellence award (the highest award) - given to only ONE fraternity OR sorority of all those active.

Yes, they do. In fact, they brought in 5 new members just 3 days before you posted this and I'm pretty sure you knew that because as usual it was the largest probate on that campus.
