Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.5 Wow is all that I can say. Credit is due for this chapter as they have flown through the ranks faster than any other chapter coming back from a suspension. Currently an upper mid house that could rise into the low top houses within a year or two.
