Alpha Phi Delta - ΑΦΔ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 I would also have to agree. I went to a party with APD one night and it was a really nice time. The guys were all great. I talked to one at school and he was really nice.

Alpha Phi Delta - ΑΦΔ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 This fraternity is one of the best at Penn State. They recently had everyone who was in it bumped into alumni status and brought in a whole new bunch of guys. The new guys are doing a great job with it and in the next few years I see this fraternity making its way from a ranking in the 30s into a ranking into the teens if not even higher. If you are thinking of rushing this would be the fraternity to rush. Big changes are coming in the next few years.

Alpha Phi Delta - ΑΦΔ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.2 The problem with tiny houses like this is that their brotherhood is weak. They don't realize it because they never went through a real pledging but they haven't been bonded together like a normal pledge class. oh, also they don't actually have a house so they can't have parties. that sucks too.
