First let me say, I LOVE pi kapp. all the brothers i know are fun/cool guys, and are really cute. Whenever they have pi kapp thursdays, its always guaranteed a crazy night. even though they were on probation for two years, they are still a top tier frat. Ugh i love pi kapp <3 :)

I rushed pi lamb and know 2 kids in the frat. Honestly, they don't have a good rep and don't chill with any of the top tier sororities, but they are nice guyss. The parties are not that fun compared to top tier frats since a lot of their parties aren't with sororites but with dance teams and random people. Overall, the brothers are nice guys but definitely not anywhere near a top house on campus.

Creepy guys. House is really dirty (despite it being less then 10 years old) and they don't know how to back off when you say no. I mean some of the guys are decent but for the most part they are rude and don't respect females in their house. I will not be returning there again.

Okay i dont wanna be mean, i only speak the truth. If you judge by appearance ( which most people do, and that is why they are in bottom tier) these girls definitely lose. but theyre putting in alot of effort for their chapter to get more members. you can see their effort in greeksing and homecoming. they are actually nice but maybe lack confidence and is a little bit awkward to be honest

There's some guys in this fraternity that are really stepping up their game, but then there's some that tend to be pretty "fratty" and egotistical. They're generally all nice guys though, and have great parties, they just need to watch the egos before they get too big for their own good.

Very classy and respected by all because of the way they carry themselves. Last pledge class will bring in a big group no doubt. Some very beautiful ladies inside and out. Some other chapters will be shocked when they start losing Bids to these ladies.
