Def not the best frat at Penn State, no where near the best. These guys need to drop down to where they belong, middle bottom tier rejects of the reject middle tier frats. Not very involved and social with no one. Called phi WHO for a reason, WHO ARE YOU?

I'm from a different chapter and an alumni, but I visited these guys a couple weeks ago and they are def a great group of guys. They gave me no problems and all of them were respectful. The girls they hang out with were hot and they know how to have a great time. They are def top tier at this university and have a great house as well. I have friends who are in other fraternities and they talk well about most of these guys as well.
