Not sure why some of these guys settled on this house, I feel like a lot of them could have gone to way better places. I've really liked the brothers I've met, but the dry house really hurts their social scene.

No way will this fraternity ever turn it around. If you dig into their history, you'll find these kids take disgusting frats to another level. Don't be fooled by a cute face and a big house ladies. All your free drinks will come at a price. The past always comes up to haunt and soon you'll see it here. If fraternity ranking was solely based on parties, a night you you'll never forget here. Soon enough, they'll sink themselves to the bottom again. They are already on the path to doing so
