People keep calling this the "reject sorority" but what those people don't know is that about 1/5 of the girls went through formal recruitment and many girls joined because it seemed cool to be a founding member. As far as I know, Phi Sig was not easy to get into. A sister told me that 500 girls rushed and the pledge class is currently at 170. Get your facts straight, people.
