They can't have parties because they are on campus. On the rare occasions when they are allowed parties, bottom tier sororities and frats with nothing better to do come over.

The problem with tiny houses like this is that their brotherhood is weak. They don't realize it because they never went through a real pledging but they haven't been bonded together like a normal pledge class. oh, also they don't actually have a house so they can't have parties. that sucks too.

This house is pretty much the douchey guys who played varsity baseball in high school and weren't good enough to play in college. They social with hot sororities though.

This house throws down hard and has a great brotherhood. The only reason why they haven't done too much this semester is because they were on Sopro and they don't have much money for parties right now. Expect phi who to keep moving up and to come back next semester with sick parties.
