A phi is definitely top tier but for all the wrong reasons. They are hot girls and they know how to have a good time but they are rude and completely obsessed with themselves. They don't know the first thing about sisterhood. The fact that their president cried on bid day when she saw the list of girls bc they "weren't cute enough" says everything
