Went through recruitment this year and was very unimpressed by Phi Sig. Could hear the sisters speaking negatively about/to each other and even other PNMs, which was a huge turnoff. I also felt like they thought they were better than they actually are when it comes to sorority tiers. This drew me away from joining them since that was not important to me. I think they should make some serious changes if they want to be successful with recruitment in the future
