The hottest, smartest, biggest, or the one with the most class is not in this fraternity. At most they are average . . . but I would pledge them over delta chi because at least the theta are good human beings.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at State University of New York College at Cortland - SUNYCC 4.2 They've become the smart, successful boy frat but it shows, they are stuck up. Not active on campus either. I like Delta better for socializing.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at State University of New York College at Cortland - SUNYCC 1.0 Even worse than kappa sig and pi kappa phi...no one wants to join this fraternity and if you mix with them, you will know why. They wanna be a fraternity so bad but they're just lax rejects. They should honestly stop trying, they only have like 20 members...its pretty pathetic.

It seems as though this type of bashing is only a result of jealousy towards their insurmountable success in the recent year. Believe it or not, they are gaining a lot of traction because they are precisely the opposite you make them out to be. Guess time will tell, won't it?
