Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at State University of New York College at Cortland - SUNYCC 5.0 I mean lets be real here, these guys are the best. They used to suck! But they have sick parties, they are so close. They love each other. They really care about each other. They have the sweetest house on campus, I just wanna have fun with them! Forget the bad rumors, these guys are top tiers and everyone else is haters!
