the gentleman fraternity. they hold themselves to high standards. they wear the letters often and they wear them proudly. very nice and cool group of guys. a hidden gem at cortland...pi cap may be more fun, kappa sig may be more well-known, and delta chi may be better looking, but there is not a more well-rounded fraternity on campus than theta chi. definitely more fun than what they get credit for being.

Definitely top tier fraternity nowadays. I am graduating this semester and never was in greek life, just went to parties and have friends in greek life. Kappa sig is definitely the biggest in terms of the number of guys they have. See their letter everywhere on campus. They throw the best parties. Delta Chi is right behind them. But the Kappa sig parties have been lit the last year. A lot of the weird guys graduated and there definitely a lot cooler now. Just being honest.

I feel like all they do is party and are very unwelcoming to those not in their organization/greek life

These girls have no sense of sisterhood at all. These girls will all be in the same class as one another and not even say hi. Sisterhood is about being close withe everyone in your chapter, they clearly don't realize that.

I have seen SDT all throughout campus and they're the only sorority that seems to have sisterhood. They're all friends and don't have cliques. pretty cool

Best sorority on campus by far

Although their little involvement with the campus is quick to turn people away, pkp is a living legacy of cortlands oldest fraternity. They are absolutely crazy now in all the best of ways. Good kids, better partiers.

Better than the overall campus opinion.
