The usual... Not much has changed. Top frats are SAE, d chi, and pi lam in no specific order.

Like they said above, same top 3 in no order. Just depends on who you get along with best. Unless you're a savage/don't fit the typical stereotypes, in that case check out apes

SAE, pi lam, dchi in no order are top three for 90% of ppl. Don't need much elaboration there. APES is up there with them if you're the type of kid that fits better with them, A+ sorority relations. TEP is good, has solid relations with sororities but definitely a tier below, a lot of kids in TEP may have initially wanted to do one SAE/pi lam/dchi but things didnt work out rushing for whatever reason, still really good dudes.

Zeta Psi throws the best open parties in my opinion. Phi psi is the best looking frat and SAE is the top frat based on all categories.

Yes SAE is top, but wtf are you talking about with zeta psi and phi psi. To me you should always rush where you fit in best, not what's "top," but anyone who knows anything knows its SAE, PiLam, Delta Chi, in whatever order and then Apes.
