preppy fraternities

It seems like all the rankings have SAE as the top frat. Is this true? And are they preppy? Who else is preppy?

Kappa Sig is the most preppy now probably. Used to be TEP and TDX. Kappa Sig has a bunch of wealthy Long Island kids, Vineyard Vines, Polo, Brooks Brothers, etc.

SAE's class for spring of 2015 is not nearly as good as pi lam or d chi. SAE just gave out bids this year like it was nothing. By next fall the top two will be d chi and pi lam and SAE will not be nearly as good as they have been in the past.
