Zta thoughts? ????

They are nice but most frats have no interest in them and they have almost no social schedule
Reminder that almost every girl in the organization was either in sigma or had been dropped from recruitment
Wait till spring and do regular recruitment

Saw a couple of them this semester mix with a couple frats but if you are looking for a more established social calendar, rush the other sororities.

Honestly my roomate his in ZTA and my boyfriend is in Asig and I’m in an org as well. I’d be lying if I didn’t say other orgs weren’t threatened by them or at least certain girls. They have tons of invites to things and frats do very much so want to be involved with with them. However other girls aren’t always made aware. They get invited to a event and then I’ve seen messages where those girls tell them to invite another org than that org goes omg they just showed up as if there would be anyway my of them even knowing there was a event 💀 my roomie really likes the girls and I’ve had them over to house party with some of my sisters and they are sweet girls. I also know for a fact not all of them are from sigma or dropped as sigma only had like 20 members and the org is like 100 birches lol plus my rush crush last year legit dropped pref round and joined them 😭 kinda salty about that but still

I would wait for spring rush. Zta isn’t well established so who they mix with won’t be the good AT ALL. Even though frats want to get to know the girls it doesn’t mean they’ll actually like them, especially since a lot of them are sigma girls aka weird. In all honestly zta does seem to be like a sigma 2.0, even the girls who didn’t drop sigma and just did zta have a weird/quirky vibe to them.

My roomie is in zta so I know a little more about it. Firstly, it is definitely not sigma 2.0. Yes, I believe some girls did switch over but I don’t think it’s a lot of them. I think most of the girls who joined zta actually dropped formal rush because they said they liked zta better than the sororities they had left during formal recruitment. Secondly, yea it’s really new so it makes sense things are going to be a little stricter at first but there are many orgs that want to mix with them and already have. I’ve met a few of the girls since my roommate invited them over and they’re all really nice, seem genuine and have all said they want to have fun and go out. Based on what I’ve seen, I think zta is going to be a great sorority in the near future but it’s all about what the girls make of it since they’re starting from nothing. I def think it would be a good option to join if you don’t like hazing, wanna meet some fun girls and want to help build a great rep for zta at bing.
