Which frat is dying the fastest?

Which frat at Bing is going downhill the fastest? I’m thinking about rushing but I don’t want to join a frat that’s going to suck in 2 years.

Tep- my freshman year it was top house. Now i never hear of anyone relevant going.
Zeta psi - just mid, was a lot cooler a few years back
Sig chi - was bad and now is terrible
Pike - consistently mid have not gotten better or worse throughout my time here

I've never seen a frat be more on the come-up than TEP. Hottest guys, best parties, greatest vibes. Wish I got to know them sooner. DPHIE would love to have them mix more.
