Aephi, KKG, or Phi Sig???

I'm a transfer student from oneonta (ewww ik) coming to bing next sem and I wanna rush but I'm not sure which. I've heard these we're the best party ones but you have to dirty rush before to get in. so any honest recommendations?

What?? First Kkg is a new sorority and does not have a party rep
Second Phi Sig and Aephi are okay choices but def not the best
If you wanna party go off campus
