I am planning to transfer to bing and was wondering when rush is held fall or spring or both? And what semester would be best chance for transfer student. TIA

Rush is fall and spring, spring being primarily second semester freshmen and fall being mostly transfers/sophomores who didn’t get a bid first time around.
