stereotypes of each frat

hahaha most of that is soooo wrong

I am a senior and my sorority mixes with a lot of these frats and I've been to most of them at least once:


Top: DChi (off campus but some bros are creepy), SAE (cool but some new bros are goobers), Pi Lam

Second tier: PIKE (act very pretentious), TEP (really good house), Alpha Sig

On the rise: Kappa Sig (good new pc's, they party hard), TAU (good new pc's, really fun parties)

Going downhill: Phi Psi (lost numbers and quality fast), Chi Phi (used to be good but lost a looot of brothers and quality), TDX (very small and weird new pc despite them bragging about their house)

Creepy/ be careful: APES, Zeta Psi, OZ. (i have had really bad experiences at all of these frats)

Lame/irrelevant: Theta Chi (awful), AEPi (despite being good at other schools, they are really bad here), TKE, New ZBT (bad founding class, i think they will die out soon), Delta Sig (some alright guys but a lot of weirdos)
