Putting a social sorority/fraternity on your resume doesn’t do anything. In the real world no one cares. I mean there is the slight possibility that a person looking at your resume was also in Greek life, but a lot of people will look down on you for being in Greek life. Let’s face it you joined Greek life to party and have fun. With that being said who cares if your organization is on campus or not.

It actually can help you big time if you know the right people. A huge part of being in an org other than party is to network. As you go on you will meet people from your org that may connect to you instantly and will help you find bigger, better projects and jobs. Don’t underestimate the power of Greek life in the world. You truly can and will find people.
Now if this is in response to that post up top, they’re right. Much more to it than just the job aspect but they’re right about the unrecognized.

TEP will be fine just like any other top tier off campus frat
Phi psi had a smalller class but still do fine for themselves
Chi phi and and dsig are still definetly on that bottom tier
