complete frat rankings?

A lot will probably change next year with the number of houses that are being moved.
Top:
Dchi/Pi Lam/SAE -- nothing will change here
Upper middle:
APES -- could fall hard with whatever happens with their new house
TEP -- staying the same
Phi Psi -- probably going to fall over the next year, their young kids are weird
Middle:
Kappa Sig -- they're moving to front street which could be good but also bad who knows
Chi Phi -- nothing changes
Alpha Sig -- who knows what will happen with the investigation
PIKE -- new house who knows
Bottom:
AEpi
TKE
TAU
Sig Chi
