get over rankings/tiers

Get over rankings and tiers, it's not high school. Everyone should be proud to wear their letters. Who cares as long as everyone is happy in their organization. Whatever "tier" your organization is in doesn't effect you, its all the same crap. It certainly won't affect you in 5+ years from now.
