what happen at alpha sigma phi house?

I heard from a few Greek friends that a freshman fell out of a window at a Alpha Sig House party and died. Is that true? Can someone confirm?

He didn't fall out of a window but off the fourth floor balcony. Reason being is because he was trying to jump to the third floor balcony from the fourth, and messed up his fall.

Did Alpha Sig get kicked off? They are currently not listed on the BU Greek Website under the IFC. Did they lose their recognition again?

Yes, Alpha sigs are no longer recognized by the University as a fraternity. Their Nationals had shut them down after the March incident. That is why they are not listed as a fraternity on the Greek website.
