What frats/sororitys are on the rise and who is on the decline?

Dchi/pi lam/sae all steady
Apes will probably never move from where it is

TEP up, Zeta Psi, Phi Psi down

Alpha Sig, Pike, Kappa Sig, all up, TDX down, Chi Phi steady

Who even are the rest

SDT, Alpha Phi, AZD -- all arguably worse but they're still above and beyond top sororities and its unlikely to change

Dphie/Aephi -- both took pretty good classes and are "up" but still won't break top 3

Phi Sig/Phi Mu -- no real change, both got their share of bad and decent girls this pc

Saepi -- lol

In what world is SDT not in top 3? And yeah they've been worse than normal but still better than anything dphie can pull off.

Lol at phi moo being even with aephi. They can't get their girls to rally to more than 2 mixers a week

Totally off with this. Alpha phis new pc is bunz. Azds fall pc is wack but the newest one is dope. Dphie is definatley about to be top 3 and so is sdt. Alpha phi isnt going to last much longer with girls that are hot and have no personality. Aephi isnt going to move. Phi mu is getting there. Phi sig and saepi are still basically irrelevent.

My frat is prob going to die out, take my advice only the top group of frats are worth it if you are about big parties, extensive social life and hot chicks.

i would say dphie is on the rise, as well as phi mu and surprisingly phi sig... alpha phi, sdt, and aephi seem to get more and more irrelevant ever year. sigma is cool with just being sigma so thats good for them.

Frats: the top are dchi, phi psi, apes, and pi lam. dchi is my favorite, pi lam doesn't have enough relevant parties and im in greek life.. love phi psi, they're husband material and i always have a good time at apes.
Alpha sig and Delta sig are good too its a shame what happened with alpha.
