updated frat rankings end of semester

----Top Tier----
1. Delta Chi- Lots of weird kids but fun and nice house
2. Pi Lam- Should have more open parties, ice luges are sick
3. SAE- Never see them do anything on campus, but bunch of same chill LI guys
4. APES- AEPi?- Some kids really cool, others are weird

----Mid Tier---

5. TDX- Only real frat house in Bing, decent guys, not sure about their brotherhood
6. TKE- We have a dog, could use a few more guys
7. TEP- House close to bars, all the same boring guys- Rather go to TDX
8. Delta Sig- New house is sick, lots of fun parties, nice backyard, heard they're getting a lot of rushes

----Bottom Tier---- (Mainly Irrelevant)

9. Phi Psi- Think they're better than everyone because they do steroids, girls don't show up to mixers
10. PIKE- Terrible brotherhood, mixers always cancelled
11. Zeta Psi- Lots of open parties, weird kids who only care about numbers, like to swim in hot tub
12. SAMMY- Heard they're getting a new house, could really move them up in rankings, fun guys
