A lot of sororities pre-rush girls by inviting them to mixers or trying to get to know them. However most sororities are open to looking at new girls that they haven't yet met during spring rush. I would recommend to try and get to know the sororities before going into spring rush, but most sororities look at giving everyone a fair chance during spring rush. So don't worry if you don't know any of the sororities going into spring rush.
