Is next year's greek gonna change bc from what I've heard the following frats will no longer be living (or considering moving from) in their current houses:

APES
Alpha Sig
Pike
Sigma Chi (Not relevant)
Sammy
Pi lam

That mansion is shot. So much graffiti on it, townies everywhere and long ass walk to bars. Apes is the only frat who could pull it off there
