Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Binghamton University State University of New York - BUSUNY 4.9 They’re the best they made me feel welcomed at most parties and the girls are really down to earth and sweet. I’m glad I was able to meet them and felt comfortable with being myself. They like to have fun but are really involved with the school too. I hope I get in because I would never be happier
